Abigayle, founder of Feral Method, at a training event

HI, I'M Abigayle.

I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, wellness coach, mom of four, and the founder of Feral Method.

I believe training should prepare you for life, not just the gym. Whether that's carrying your kids, hiking a mountain, chasing new goals, or simply feeling capable in your own body.

My fitness journey started in 2019 with a 60 pound GoRuck sandbag in my driveway. That simple start grew into competing in Tactical Games and other 2-gun competitions, where strength, endurance, and resilience are tested in real world scenarios. Those experiences continue to shape the way I train and coach today.

My approach is built around functional strength, sustainable habits, and helping people build bodies that are strong, capable, and ready for whatever life throws their way. I want you to leave every workout feeling stronger than when you walked in and confident that what you're doing in the gym is making life outside of it easier.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, move without pain, or simply feel more confident in your own body, I'm here to help you get there.

WHAT I BELIEVE

STRENGTH SHOULD BE USEFUL.

Train to carry your kids, move without pain, hike mountains, tackle projects, and keep up with life.

HARD THINGS BUILD RESILIENCE.

The goal isn't to make workouts miserable. It's to become more capable because you chose to do something challenging.

CONSISTENCY BEATS PERFECTION.

You don't have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.
